Basics of Pistol Shooting
Our NRA Pistol course is a comprehensive introduction, covering the types of pistols, maintenance of your gun, fundamentals of pistol shooting, gun safety, and firing positions. This course prepares a new pistol owner to confidently handle and maintain their pistol under NRA Certified supervision.
Basics of Rifle Shooting
The APEX NRA Rifle course is a complete introduction, covering maintenance, safety, ammunition, shooting fundamentals, maintenance, types of rifles, and of course marksmanship on the range. Students will learn to confidently operate a rifle under NRA certified supervision.
Basics of Shotgun Shooting
Our Shotgun course covers the full range, from shotgun types to cleaning and safe operation. Students will experience live firing on the range with moving targets. This comprehensive course provides students with the training, skills, and confidence to operate and maintain their shotgun.
Concealed Carry
Concealed Carrying is the practice of having a non-visible firearm carried on your person. Our NRA Certified Course covers concealment, equipment selection, operation, and the legal process involved in Concealed Carrying in Pennsylvania.
Personal Protection in the Home
A home invasion is everyone's worst nightmare. The NRA Personal Protection in the Home course covers strategies for home safety, response to violent confrontations, and defensive shooting along with a lecture from an attorney on the laws of self-defense. This 8-hour course requires the successful completion of the Basics of Pistol Shooting or equivalent.
