Your Experts in Personal Safety
At Apex we recognize your fundamental right to be safe in your person and property. We also recognize the challenges in achieving that safety. The world is a scary place some days. Someone makes a bad decision, your home is broken into, and you'll want to defend yourself. Our instructors have experienced that first hand, they have come under fire and defended themselves. Level heads and years of military training kept them safe on those bad days.
Our mission is to offer you some of that training. We run courses for pistols, rifles, shotguns, personal protection, competition, range safety, and even to be a certified instructor. We believe in preparing for a bad day, because knowledge and preparation are a priceless form of safety.
We Get Results
Our students undergo rigorous classroom instruction and safety preparations before moving to exercises on a live range. The goal is to gain proficiency with your equipment, understand how to operate and maintain it, and how to do so safely.
You may walk into our classroom having never so much as seen a pistol or a rifle outside of an action movie. Perhaps the closest thing you've ever owned said Super Soaker on the side. We work with students from every background and experience level. You'll leave our range confident, prepared, and ready for whatever comes.
Our Certifications
We conduct our training in-line with guidance from the National Rifle Association and hold ourselves to the standards set out in their training procedures. Every one of our instructors is fully certified by the NRA for each individual course. There are range safety officers present at every Range Day exercise for the safety of our students and everyone present on the range.
Our team aren't just teachers, they are lifelong students. They are constantly practicing on the range and must renew their training certifications regularly to stay current on best practices and new developments.
